A new large-size work by the Düsseldorf-based artist features in our current exhibition, POSITIONS. A master student of Per Kirkeby, the artist has created a work characterized by multiple layers of superposition—one into which the viewer is virtually drawn in. Dimensions: 170 x 200 cm.

Founded in 2000 by art historian Torsten Obrist, Galerie Obrist is today recognized as an innovative exhibition space and ranks among the leading galleries for contemporary art in the Ruhr region.
Central to the gallery’s work is a direct and long-term collaboration with its artists—manifested through continuous group and solo exhibitions, the publication of catalogs and books, and participation in both national and international art fairs.
